  1. How Much Does It Cost?
    The current cost is £5 per month to get access to all Cycle Hubs operated by Russell’s Bicycle Shed. This price increases annually in April to ensure the service is sustainable and provides continuous service 24/7/365.

  2. How Do I Get Access?
    Sign up here and set up a Direct Debit. Once you have completed this, you will receive an email with details of how to set up your mobile phone to get access to all our Cycle Hubs.

  3. What If I Don’t Have A Smart Phone?
    Access cards can be provided in this situation at a cost of £10 per card (in addition to the monthly subscription access charge). If you lose your card you must inform us immediately and a replacement will be issued at a cost of £10. Please note that using a smart phone is the most secure way to access our Cycle Hub network.

  4. What Times Are The Hubs Open?
    Our hubs operate 24/7/365 so you can use them any time of day, all year round.

  5. How Long Can I Leave My Bike There?
    You can store your bike for as long as you like while subscribed. However, bikes that have been left parked and left in the same position for more than 4 weeks will be tagged and removed after 14 days and disposed of, this is to enable all subscribers to have access to park their bike.

  6. What Type Of Bike Can I Park There?
    You can find out how many bike parking spaces there are at each hub on the ‘Our Cycle Hubs’ page. We will endeavour to offer bike parking for all types of bicycle, including tricycles, but this isn’t always possible at every location so please check before visiting.
